So Brycelee has to play with everything I touch pretty much...
She loves to explore and make messes...
I took her to Seven Peaks the other day for the first time, it was a bad timing, actually, I've been waiting to take her there. Out of all the days it was hot, we picked an overcast, windy day to go there.. :( But she seemed to enjoy the time she was in the water!

I started a Japanese blog when I went back to Japan...
As I explore the site and looked for my high school friends,
I really miss them and with we would do reunion so I get to see them again!
Being away from home, I won't be able to organize it, but hopefully I get to talk some people into getting that happened!!! I will totally fly to Japan for it!!!

I wish I could be like that, but it'll drive me nuts thinking about the outcome of things...

Baby and I do everything together...She is a cute little thing, she crawls everywhere now, so I have to watch her every second...But she is so worth it! I love my baby!

It's official, Brycelee is crawling! She has a lot of energy and has to find some excess to get her energy to use... She still is learning to control herself, but she can crawl pretty good. She still is in kind of a hopping crawl, but if she wants to, she gets going pretty fast!
Anyway, she has a hard time falling a sleep for a nap now. This picture was from yesterday, I put her down for a nap and I left a room for a minute and she was pulling herself to stand up in her crib... Little stinker... She is such an active one.

got dance? jive spring concert 2009

This weekend I finally had our concert we've been practicing for since December! We had total of 5 shows 2 on Friday and 3 on Saturday... I hated leaving my baby home, but I ended up having a blast! I want to continue taking a class and dancing and learn more techniques. Since the last time I danced was when I was in college which is in ages... Hope I can keep up with dancing!

So I realized how much I hated jet lag... When it was just me dealing with it I could take it, but when baby has it, it's a nightmare!!! We haven't had a decent night's sleep since we got back from Japan... ugh.

I am adding a post from Japan whoo hoo! It's kind of interesting and fascinating that you can get on the internet anywhere in the world... I have been really busy visiting family and friends here in Tokyo, and will be busy for the rest of the trip I belive. But my parents are really glad to see little Brycelee and enjoying playing with her! and since she doesn't really get shy around people, the old folks here loves her too! Everywhere we go, people talk to her (us) and tells her how cute she is!!! :)

So my baby sure is getting big... She weighs about 17 lb. and I kind have a hard time holding her... I'm not really looking forward to her crawling. But kind of am, so I won't have to hold her all the time.

With the economy being really bad lately, I don't know what my husband is thinking about getting our own place... I am soooo ready for it. Even a little apartment I'm happy with, I just want to get out of whole living with in-laws thing! It's frustrating sometimes, I hate having certain people in the house that is really bad influence to my child. Even they are Brandon's family, they bothers me who his sister is with and, I know Brycelee is still a baby I don't want that kind of people around her. I wish Brandon understands where the thoughts are coming from... He understands to a certain point but he wouldn't do anything with it and it is frustrating... I am honestry getting to the point where I want to move out with the baby. I don't know if I am hitting a moment of weakness, or what, but I am really ready for them or us to move out already!

She gets so tired sometimes but forces herself to stay up... lol I don't understand why babies do that. I feel like telling her to just fall asleep!!! The other day, I tried to put her down and leave the room, but she kept crying as soon as she spits out her binky!!! So I just took her to where I was scrapbooking. She was playing around for a little while, and all the sudden it was really quiet, so I looked to the side and she was sleeping sitting down...

Every Tuesday, I have a dance class and Brandon plays basketball in the church, so I always have my mother-in-law watch my little Brycelee. I usually leave her with juice (as you can see she loves to eat, she is so fascinated with food...) I think it was last week, she was being a messy eater she is (drinker I should say this time) she spilled her juice all over her clothes she was wearing to her grandma took off her clothes! When I came home, I put her down on a little chair she sits in to eat, (of course she knows what it means!) she started a big smile! It looks like she is butt naked, but she is wearing diapers... (I have to make sure there will not be any accidents since Brandon can't stand the smell..) But look how big she is!!! She just turned 6 months yesterday! Friend of ours have a baby 5 days older than Brycelee and comparing the two yesterday Brycelee looks like a monster!!!

So we have an exchange student from Japan with us this whole week and we took her to watch Confessions of a Shopaholic, it was such a cute movie and Loved IT! Of course, I haven't been to a movie in a quite a while so I enjoyed it a lot...
Going back to talk about this student, her name is Ayana (what's with a lot of students who come here and their names starting with A...) She is 19 years old and is a cute little thing... She has such a cute personality and we all love and get along with her pretty good. But we really enjoy having her and she may come back this summer and we might get to see her when we go to Japan, since she is from Tokyo too!

Like any other girl on this planet, I started reading Twilight series and yes I am addicted to this series of books... They are such page turners and having a hard time putting them down. I've finished reading the whole series in about a month... Stephenie Meyer is such an amazing writer and hats off to her. To anyone who's never heard of this book. I highly recommend them and the movie was awesome too. I can't wait to see New Moon which is coming out November I believe and I'm totally going to buy Twilight on Blu-Ray coming out next month! So I'm so addicted to the series and will be for a while. lol
I haven't read good books for a while, so I'm quite excited about this. And planning on reading them again soon... (since I'm reading a manuscript or draft I should say for Midnight Sun which is going to be published pretty soon I'm hoping.)

I finally had a time to go shopping this morning and bought Brycelee Sippy Cups, since she loves to watch us eat and drink and wants some herself. It's funny watching her try to hold the cup and drink juice out of it. She doesn't quite get the idea of tilting the cup to drink, so she just holds the cup and chews on the cup, so I have to help her tilt the cup so she can drink! It's quite entertaining watching her try to figure out how it works and also getting frustrated when nothing comes out of the cup! lol

So, I swear Brycelee knows when I'm not home...
When I go to my dance class every Tuesday, I leave her with my in-laws to watch her when I'm gone, since Brandon has church ball at the same time... Almost every time, she wakes up 30 minutes into it, starts balling her eyes out! My goodness, and she is so LOUD for a little girl! I want to get her used to other people watching her, since she sees me all day everyday, she is getting really attached to me... I love her, but I want her to get used to other people watching her besides me. Perhaps I should leave her more often so she can get used to the idea of being without me... lol

I think she was about 3 months old in this picture. I was doing laundry the other day and I just put her in the basket because I was getting tired of holding her.... But she loved it as you can see. She's got a big 'ol smile on her face enjoying herself in the laundry basket. So every time I do laundry I put her in there instead of holding her!!! My little munchkin she is so funny...
